本文件规定了干式电力变压器的性能参数、技术要求、检验规则及方法、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本文件适用于额定容量为30 kVA及以上，额定频率为50 Hz，户内使用，铁心材质为电工钢，电压等级为6 kV、10 kV、20 kV和35 kV的无励磁调压和有载调压三相干式电力变压器。本文件不适用于充气式变压器。
