Scope

This document specifies the special requirements and safety rules for the elevator control system after receiving a signal from the recall device in the event of a fire in a building. This document applies to all new passenger and freight elevators with any drive mode. For in-service passenger and freight elevators, this document can also be used as a basis for improving their safety. This document does not apply to the following situations: a) elevators that continue to be used in the event of a fire, such as firefighter elevators defined in GB/T 26465; b) elevators used for evacuating people in buildings, such as those specified in GB/T 41122.
