Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of electronic hanging scales, the naming of models and specifications, metrological requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to electronic hanging scales (hereinafter referred to as "hanging scales") used to weigh items in a free-hanging state. The hanging scales in this standard include hook-head scales, hook scales, etc. The common characteristics of these devices are that there is at least one flexible or movable connection between the weighing object and the scale to ensure that the weighing object is in a free state during weighing, and the sensor is in series with the weighing object. In terms of data transmission, hanging scales can be divided into direct-view type and wireless transmission type. In terms of power supply, hanging scales can be divided into AC, DC, and AC/DC dual-use types.
