This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Biyang enoki mushrooms, the scope of protection for geographical indication products, product classification, production environment and production technology, quality requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This standard applies to Biyang enoki mushrooms approved for protection by the national administrative departments in charge of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
