Scope

1.0.1 In order to better implement the relevant national policies and guidelines for the design of decentralized wind farms connected to the power system, and to standardize the connection of decentralized wind farms to the power system, this standard is hereby formulated. 1.0.2 This standard applies to new decentralized wind farms connected to the power system through lines with voltage levels of 35 kV and below. Expansion (modification) projects may refer to and implement this standard accordingly. 1.0.3 Decentralized wind farms connected to the voltage level of 110 kV (66 kV) shall comply with the provisions of "Technical Specifications for the Design of Wind Farms Connected to the Power System - Part 1: Onshore Wind Power" NB/T 31003.1. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with this standard, the design of decentralized wind farms connected to the power system shall also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards.
