Scope
1.0.1 In order to better implement the relevant national policies and guidelines for the design of offshore wind farms connected to the power system, and to standardize the design of offshore wind farms connected to the power system, this standard is hereby formulated. 1.0.2 This standard applies to new offshore wind farms connected to the power system through lines with a voltage level of 110 kV (66 kV) and above. Extension (modification) projects may refer to and implement it accordingly. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with this standard, the design of offshore wind farms connected to the power system shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
