Scope
This standard specifies the instruments and equipment, samples, test conditions, test procedures, calculation of test results, and test reports for the tensile performance testing of carbon fiber composite yarns. This standard is applicable to the determination of tensile strength, tensile elastic modulus, and elongation at break of carbon fiber composite yarns after impregnation and curing, with a range of 1 K to 24 K.
