Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the acetyl content in particles and cold-water soluble modified starch by enzymatic assay. The total and free acetyl content can be determined, and the bound acetyl content can be calculated through calculation. This method is suitable for determining the acetyl content in samples with a mass fraction of no more than 2%.
