本文件：
——规定了用于表示血管图像数据通用的可扩展的数据交换格式：一种是基于ASN.1中可扩展规范的已标记二进制数据格式，另一种是基于XSD的文本数据格式，两者能够存储相同的信息；
——给出了数据记录内容的示例；
——提出了数据获取中应用的最低要求、推荐方法和最佳实践；
——描述了针对可扩展格式的血管图像数据的符合性测试方法、测试断言和测试程序。
本文件适用于基于血管的生物特征识别生产厂商在存储、记录和传输环节进行血管图像数据交换，也适用于生产厂商、检测机构以及最终用户等进行符合性测试。
