Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of crimped copper pipe fittings for water supply pipelines (including drinking water).
This standard applies to crimped copper pipe fittings for cross-linked polyethylene (PE-X, PE-RT) pipes with a nominal pressure not exceeding 1.0 MPa and a medium temperature not exceeding 90 ℃.
