Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements, inspection and evaluation, maintenance of superstructures, maintenance of substructures, seismic and vibration reduction facilities, maintenance of ancillary facilities, safety management, information and file management, and inspection and acceptance requirements for bridge and tunnel maintenance in Wuhan City. This standard applies to the maintenance of bridges on general urban roads and bridges for vehicular and pedestrian traffic in parks and squares that are already in operation within the administrative area of Wuhan; it does not apply to rail transit bridges.
