Scope
This part of GB/T 34520 specifies the testing environment, testing equipment and materials, samples and their preparation, testing procedures, calculation of test results, and test reports for testing the tensile properties of continuous silicon carbide (SiC) fiber bundles. This part is applicable to the testing of the tensile strength, tensile elastic modulus, and elongation at break of continuous SiC fiber bundles.
