Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the brittle temperature of vulcanized rubber and judging whether the vulcanized rubber will be damaged after being impacted at a specified temperature using a single-sample brittle temperature tester, including two procedures: Procedure A is suitable for determining the brittle temperature; Procedure B is suitable for impacting the sample at a specified temperature to determine whether damage occurs.
