Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry determination method for the residues of 512 pesticides and related chemicals in orange juice, apple juice, grape juice, cabbage juice, carrot juice, dry wine, semi-dry wine, semi-sweet wine, and sweet wine (see Appendix A and Appendix E).
This standard is applicable to the qualitative identification of residues of 512 pesticides and related chemicals in orange juice, apple juice, grape juice, cabbage juice, carrot juice, dry wine, semi-dry wine, semi-sweet wine, and sweet wine, and also to the quantitative determination of residues of 490 pesticides and related chemicals.
The method detection limits for the quantitative determination of 490 pesticides and related chemicals in this standard are 0.01 μg/kg to 1.60 mg/kg (see Appendix A).
