Scope
This standard specifies the basic content and requirements for regular inspections of in-service polyethylene gas buried pipelines. This standard applies to in-service polyethylene gas buried pipelines designed in accordance with GB 50028-2006 "Urban Gas Design Code", and which meet the following conditions at the same time: a) the maximum allowable working pressure is not more than 0.7MPa; b) the working temperature is -20℃ to 40℃; c) the pipeline material is polyethylene pipes for urban gas or steel-frame polyethylene composite pipes, and the nominal diameter range is 50mm to 630mm; d) the transport medium is natural gas, artificial coal gas, or liquefied petroleum gas.
