GB/T 34346-2017 Guidelines for risk based safety hazard classification of oil and gas pipelines
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the risk-based classification method, process, and technical requirements for safety hazards (hereinafter referred to as "hazards") in oil and gas pipelines, including the identification, evaluation, and treatment of pipeline hazards. The "hazards" in this standard only include compression, insufficient spacing, crossings and parallel alignments (including crossings) that do not meet regulatory requirements, geological disasters, and defects in the pipeline body and ancillary facilities. This standard applies to onshore long-distance crude oil, refined oil, and natural gas pipelines that meet the requirements of GB 50251 or GB 50253. Oil and gas field gathering and transportation pipelines and urban gas pipelines may refer to the relevant provisions of this standard for implementation.
