Scope
This part of GB/T 19473 specifies the terms and definitions, symbols and abbreviations, materials, product classification, requirements, system applicability, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polybutylene pipe fittings (hereinafter referred to as pipe fittings) made from polybutylene blends as raw materials and moulded by injection moulding.
This part, together with other parts of GB/T 19473, is applicable to building cold and hot water piping systems, including drinking water and heating piping systems.
