本文件描述了表面活性剂含水量的测定方法。
本文件适用于粉状、浆状和液体状表面活性剂含水量的测定。
方法A——卡尔·费休容量滴定法适用于含水量(质量分数)大于2%的样品;方法B——卡尔·费休库仑滴定法适用于含水量(质量分数)小于0.1%的样品;含水量介于0.1%~2%的,两种方法均适用。当试样含有碱性化合物如硅酸盐、碳酸盐、氢氧化物和硼酸盐,能与卡尔·费休试剂发生反应,使实测值偏高,因而测定前需分析试样中的碱性化合物。
方法C——二甲苯共沸蒸馏法适用于含水量(质量分数)大于5%的样品,但共沸蒸馏法不适用含水溶性挥发物的产品,例如含有乙醇的产品。
