Scope
This procedure applies to the initial verification and subsequent verification of single-phase and three-phase stationary harmonic active energy meters (referred to as harmonic energy meters) with a fundamental frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz used for work purposes.
For other energy meters with harmonic functions, the same verification items shall be carried out in accordance with this procedure.
