GB/T 17215.302-2013 Electricity metering equipment (a.c.)—Particular requirements—Part 2:Static harmonic meters for active energy
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 17215 specifies the classification, technical requirements, accuracy grades, and test methods for stationary harmonic active power meters (hereinafter referred to as meters).
This part is only applicable to newly manufactured meters that measure and record the fundamental active power and the sum of the forward and reverse active power of the specified (second) to (nth) harmonics in 50 Hz or 60 Hz power supply networks, and is only applicable to their type tests.
This part is only applicable to meters installed indoors or outdoors, with the measuring components and displays housed in the same meter case. If the meter has other functional units, such as full-wave energy, maximum demand, multi-tariff, etc., enclosed in the same meter case, the corresponding standards apply to these functional units.
This part is not applicable to:
a) meters with wiring cross-connect terminal voltages exceeding 600 V (for multi-phase meters, it refers to line-to-line voltages);
b) portable meters;
c) standard meters.
This part does not cover the content of harmonic wave measurement.
