Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of boosters used in the braking systems of wheeled loaders, and stipulates the basic requirements, performance requirements, pre-test preparations, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of boosters. This document is applicable to boosters used in the pneumatic-hydraulic braking systems of wheeled loaders. Boosters used in other earthmoving machinery should be implemented in accordance with this document.
