Scope

This document stipulates the principles, disposal planning, detailed requirements for deorbiting and re-entry, effect evaluation, and document recording for the design and implementation of disposal activities for the orbital stage (hereinafter referred to as the "orbital stage") of launch vehicles. This document is applicable to the disposal activities of the orbital stage, and the disposal activities of short-term program-controlled upper stages shall be implemented in accordance with this document.
