Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of high-pressure airless sprayers used for spraying or transporting fluid media such as paints, resins, solvents, and adhesives that do not contain solid particles (hereinafter referred to as sprayers). This standard applies to high-pressure airless sprayers operating at a working pressure of 8 MPa to 50 MPa and with a maximum flow rate of no more than 100 L/min at normal temperature.
