Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the safe production of wood-grown edible fungi, including quality and safety requirements, cultivation site requirements, input requirements, cultivation management, pest and disease prevention and control, harvesting and production records, etc. This standard applies to the safe production of seven types of wood-grown edible fungi under natural seasons, including shiitake mushrooms, Xiu Zhen mushrooms, white-backed fungus, tea tree mushrooms, Hericium erinaceus, Enoki mushrooms, and Agaricus bisporus. Other wood-grown edible fungi can refer to this standard for guidance.
