This standard specifies the main functions, data structures, channel coding, and the process of the data link layer and coding sublayer in the adjacent space links of the space data and information transmission system.
This standard is applicable to the communication between adjacent spacecraft. It is recommended to be used in conjunction with GB/T 39352 and GB/T 39354.
