Scope
This standard specifies the general principles, protocol data units, data link layer structure, time services, data service operations, communication operation procedures (COP-P), and I/O sublayer operations of the data link layer in the adjacent space link protocol of the space data and information transmission system.
This standard is applicable to communication between adjacent spacecraft. It is recommended to be used in conjunction with GB/T 39354 and GB/T 39353—2020.
