Scope
本文件规定了热固性粉末模塑料(PMCs)制备试样时遵循的一般原理，并给出了用于建立可重复成型试样的模具设计。其目的是促进描述成型过程的主要参数的一致性，并统一报告成型条件。制备可重复性试样所需要的特殊条件根据所使用的每种材料而有所不同。这些条件在有关材料的标准中给出，或由相关方商定。
注：对酚醛(PF)、脲醛(UF)、三聚氰胺(MF)、三聚氰胺酚醛(MP)和不饱和聚酯(UP)注塑材料进行循环试验表明，模具设计是试样可重复制备的重要因素。
