Scope

本文件描述了铕中镧、铈、镨、钕、钐、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥和钇量的测定方法。
本文件适用于金属铕中镧、铈、镨、钕、钐、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥和钇量的测定。
本文件也适用于氧化铕中氧化镧、氧化铈、氧化镨、氧化钕、氧化钐、氧化钆、氧化铽、氧化镝、氧化钬、氧化铒、氧化铥、氧化镱、氧化镥和氧化钇量的测定。
本文件共包含三个方法：电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICPOES，方法1)，测定范围见表1；电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICPMS，方法2)，电感耦合等离子体串联质谱法(ICPMSMS，方法3)，测定范围见表2。
当三个方法的分析范围出现重叠时，推荐方法2作为仲裁方法。
