Scope

This document describes the methods of radiance and spectral radiance measurement to determine the achievable light radiation levels of lamps and lamp systems according to GB/T 30117 (all parts). This document is suitable for practical measurement use by manufacturers, testing institutions, safety personnel, and other relevant personnel. Note: This document involves A-level assessment and B-level assessment. A-level assessment is an accurate measurement method that uses sophisticated spectral radiance measurement equipment to measure achievable light radiation and can be used in all situations; B-level assessment uses ordinary and simple instruments for measurement, which is only used for preliminary screening and is not suitable for issuing reports for strict judgment.
