This document describes the cold start and starting performance test methods for fuel cell electric vehicles in low-temperature environments (below 0°C).
This document is applicable to M-class and N-class fuel cell electric vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles") that use compressed gaseous hydrogen.
