This document specifies a method and process for evaluating the accelerated climate aging and outdoor exposure aging of polymers in laboratories based on infrared spectroscopy (IR) and ultraviolet/visible spectroscopy (UV/Vis).
This document is primarily applicable to light aging, but it can also be used for heat aging.
