DB31/T 1172-2019 Elevator maintenance and maintenance unit quality and credit evaluation specification

Scope

This standard specifies the content of quality and credit evaluation for elevator maintenance units, scoring rules, evaluation forms and requirements, information sources, and dispute resolution. This standard applies to units with corresponding qualifications that engage in elevator maintenance operations in Shanghai. Note: The elevator referred to in this standard refers to electromechanical equipment that uses power drive to transport people and goods by running in a box along a rigid guide rail or on a fixed route, including passenger (cargo) elevators, escalators, and automatic walkways. Excluding elevators installed in non-public places and used solely by a single household.
