GB/T 43326.3-2023 Snow throwers—Safety requirements and test methods—Part 3:Ride-on snow throwers

Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements for internal combustion engine-driven riding-type snow throwers. This document is intended to be used in conjunction with GB/T 43326.1—2023 and GB/T 43326.4—2023 to meet all the requirements and test methods for riding-type snow throwers.
GB/T 43326 (all parts) addresses the major hazards, dangerous situations, and events associated with snow throwers when used for their intended purpose and under conditions that can be reasonably foreseen by the manufacturer.
This document does not apply to:
——Electric and battery-driven snow throwers;
——Handheld snow throwers;
——Airport or highway snow removal machines and equipment;
——Machines intended for use in potentially explosive environments.
This document does not address the following related hazards:
——Battery circuits exceeding 42 V;
——Starting motors connected to the mains;
——Grounding circuits of magnetic generators;
——Working environment;
——Electromagnetic compatibility.
This document does not apply to snow throwers manufactured before the date of publication of this document.
