Scope

1.1 GB/T 38364的本部分规定了内燃机驱动的坐骑旋刀式草坪机和滚刀式草坪机(以下简称“草坪机”)的安全要求及其检验方法，草坪机配有:
——金属切割装置,和/或；
——非金属切割装置，由一个或多个切割部件铰接安装在一个近似圆形的驱动装置上，切割部件依靠离心力来实现切割，且每个切割部件的切割能量(动能)不小于10 J。
本部分不适用于:
——机器人及遥控草坪机、甩刀(连枷)草坪机、草地割草机、刀片往复移动式草坪机、牵引式/半悬挂式草坪机和除灌机；
——与农业拖拉机配合使用的切割装置组件；
——电动草坪机和以电池为动力源的草坪机。
1.2 本部分涉及在生产厂家合理预见的正常使用或误用草坪机时出现的严重危害，危害情况及严重危害事件(参见附录C)。
1.3 本部分不适用于在本部分发布前生产的草坪机。
