GB/T 14196.1-2023 Incandescent lamps—Safety specifications—Part 1:Tungsten filament lamps for domestic and similar general lighting purposes

Scope

This document specifies the safety and related interchangeability requirements for incandescent tungsten filament lamps for general lighting. This document also specifies the method that manufacturers should adopt to demonstrate that their products comply with this document, which is based on the evaluation of all products and is related to the test records of finished lamps. This method can also be used for certification. This document also specifies the detailed inspection procedures for batch products. This document only specifies the safety requirements of the products and does not cover their performance requirements, such as: luminous flux, lifespan, power consumption, etc. For the requirements of these aspects for common models of tungsten filament lamps for general lighting, see IEC 60064. This document specifies the photobiological safety requirements in accordance with IEC 62471. The lamps specified in this document do not meet the risk levels of the risk category marking. This document applies to light bulbs with the following characteristics: -- Rated power of not more than 200 W (including 200 W); -- Rated voltage between 50 V and 250 V (including 50 V and 250 V); -- Glass bulb shape as A, B, C, G, M, P, PS, PAR, R, or other shapes with the same purpose; -- Various glass bulbs that have undergone surface treatment; -- Lamp heads as B15d, B22d, E12, E14, E17, E26, E26d, E25/50×39, E27 or E27/51×39. Within the limits of reasonable application, this document also applies to light bulbs with the same purpose that use other shapes of glass bulbs and lamp heads.
