GB/T 17626.30-2023 Electromagnetic compatibility—Testing and measurement techniques—Part 30:Power quality measurement methods
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the measurement methods for power quality parameters in AC power supply systems with a nominal fundamental frequency of 50Hz, as well as the processing of measurement results.
The measurement methods for each relevant parameter are described using terms that provide reliable and reproducible results, but do not involve the implementation methods of the measurement. This document deals with on-site measurement methods.
The parameter measurements covered in this document are limited to conduction phenomena in power systems. The power quality parameters referred to in this document include grid frequency, supply voltage amplitude, flicker, supply voltage sags and swells, voltage interruptions, transient voltage, supply voltage imbalance, voltage harmonics and interharmonics, carrier signals in supply voltage, rapid voltage changes, and current. For the consideration of conduction emissions in the range of 2kHz to 150kHz, see Appendix C, and for the consideration of positive and negative deviations, see Appendix D. Depending on the measurement purpose, all or some of the above parameters can be measured.
Note 1: For the compliance test methods of this document, see IEC 62586-2.
Note 2: The role of sensors between the power supply system and instruments is well known, so it is not described in detail in this document. Guidelines on the application of sensors are available in IEC TR 61869-103.
