Scope
This document specifies the application conditions, system configuration, and technical requirements of overhead rigid contact networks for rail transit power traction, as well as the requirements for equipment and components and inspection rules. It also describes the test methods for overhead rigid contact networks for rail transit power traction. This document is applicable to the design, construction, test acceptance, and operation of overhead rigid contact networks for rail transit power traction with an operating speed of 160 km/h or less (hereinafter referred to as "rigid contact networks").
