This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography method for determining the content of benzoic acid, sorbic acid, and sodium saccharin in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of benzoic acid, sorbic acid, and sodium saccharin in food.
The detection limits of this standard are as follows: For solid foods, the detection limits of benzoic acid, sorbic acid, and sodium saccharin are 1.8 mg/kg, 1.2 mg/kg, and 3.0 mg/kg, respectively.
