Scope
This document establishes the basic principles for the construction of the mobile end of the National Integrated Government Services Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "National Integrated Platform"), and stipulates the construction hierarchy, technical architecture, and technical requirements for each layer of the architecture, application access requirements, mobile end registration, and evaluation and improvement requirements. This document is applicable to the construction and application of the mobile end of the National Integrated Platform.
