GB/T 3883.3-2007 Safety of hand-held motor-operated electric tools—Part 2:Particular requirements for grinders, polishers and disk-type sanders

Scope

This part applies to grinding machines, polishing machines, and disc sanders with a rated speed not exceeding 80 m/s at the rated capacity, including angular, straight, and vertical types. This part applies to tools with a rated capacity not exceeding 230 mm.
This part does not apply to random swing polishing machines and random swing sanders. These products are included in GB3883.4.
