Scope

为民用建筑（住宅、办公室、学校等）室内甲醛、苯系物、TVOCs等化学污染物的治理规范。机构需具备法人资格、固定场所和质量管理体系，负责人应有专业背景或2年以上经验，施工人员经培训考核；设备定期维护，药剂须提供合格证和MSDS，禁用淘汰产品，检测设备每年校准或委托CMA机构。服务流程包括封闭12小时预检测并出具污染诊断报告，制定达到GB/T 18883标准的治理目标、工艺、产品、施工计划及验收方案并签约，保护非治理区进行分源精细化施工（板材、墙体、软装）并填写记录，通风7-14天后同条件复检（宜委托CMA）出具效果评价报告，以及交付完整文件包、质保期不少于5年并定期回访。质量评价以所有污染物达标为合格，单项不达标免费补治，争议由双方认可的CMA机构仲裁，同时建立客户满意度调查，档案保存不少于3年并每年分析改进
