本文件规定了往复运动液压缸活塞和活塞杆单向密封圈沟槽的尺寸和公差，适用的缸径和活塞杆直径尺寸范围如下：--缸径16 mm～500 mm；--活塞杆直径6 mm～450 mm。本文件还规定了适用于JB/T 12706.2规定的16 MPa系列单杆缸的小截面密封圈沟槽的尺寸和公差。小截面密封圈要求缸径和活塞杆直径公差更小，适用的缸径和活塞杆直径尺寸范围如下：--缸径25 mm～220 mm；--活塞杆直径12 mm～140 mm。本文件不提供密封圈的结构设计，密封圈的结构型式因制造商的不同而不同，密封圈的结构和材料以及内置的防挤压组件由温度和压力等工况条件决定。本文件仅适用于产品的沟槽尺寸，不适用于产品的性能特征。
