Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, testing methods, marking, labeling, and packaging requirements for seasoned dried fish.
This standard applies to seasoned dried fish products made from fresh or frozen Navodon modestus and Gadus macrocephalus as raw materials, through processes such as filleting, rinsing, seasoning, and drying. Seasoned dried fish made from other raw fish materials can also be implemented in accordance with this standard.
