Scope

1.0.1 This specification is formulated to ensure the construction quality of smart substations, improve the level of construction standardization, and promote the progress of construction technology. 1.0.2 This specification is prepared for the construction technical requirements of electrical primary equipment, electrical secondary equipment, and civil engineering of smart substations. 1.0.3 This specification is applicable to new construction and reconstruction (expansion) projects of smart substations with a voltage level of 110 (66) kV and above. 1.0.4 During the construction process, in addition to complying with this specification, the provisions related to substations in the current national standards shall also be complied with.
