GB/T 917-2009 Mark rules of highway route and number of national trunk highway

Scope

This standard specifies the classification of highway routes, naming rules, numbering rules, the names and numbers of national highways, highway technical grade codes, and requirements for highway information identification and exchange, etc.
This standard is applicable to the management and information processing and exchange of highways in industries such as transportation, public security, surveying and mapping, and land resources management; it is also applicable to the identification of highway routes and sections by public information carriers.
