GB/T 5019.3-2009 Specification for insulating materials based on mica—Part 3:Commutator separators and materials

Scope

This part of GB/T 5019 applies to hard materials with flake mica or mica paper as the base material for commutator separators.
These products are made by bonding white mica flakes, gold mica flakes, or mica paper with suitable adhesives. They are supplied in the following forms:
—— Sheets supplied in a pressed or trimmed size;
—— Strips cut from sheets;
—— Commutator separators conforming to the shape and size specified in the user's order.
The nominal thickness of the products is 0.3 mm to 2.0 mm.
