Scope

1．0．1 为贯彻落实《残疾人保障法》，方便残疾人、老年人等社会特殊群体以及全体社会成员出行和参与社会活动，加强无障碍物质环境的建设，规范无障碍设施施工和维护活动，统一施工阶段的验收要求和使用阶段的维护要求，制定本规范。 1．0．2 本规范适用于新建、改建和扩‘建的城市道路、建筑物、居住区、公园等场所的无障碍设施的施工验收和维护。 1．0．3 无障碍设施的施工和维护应确保安全和适用。 1．0．4 无障碍设施的施工和交付应与硅设工程的施工和交付相结合，同步进行。无障碍设施施工应进行专项的施工策划和验收；无障碍设施应做到定期检查维护，消除隐患，确保其安全和正常使用。 1．0．5 无障碍设施施工验收及维护除应符合本规范的规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
