Scope

1.0.1 In order to standardize the depth requirements of the design content of preliminary design documents for power system dispatch automation projects, and to implement national technical policies in the design of power system dispatch automation projects, so as to achieve advanced technology, economic rationality, and safe application, and to ensure that the quality of the documents meets the requirements of engineering construction, this standard is formulated. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the design of new construction, expansion, and renovation projects of dispatch end systems in provincial-level and above power dispatch control centers (including backup dispatch control centers), as well as the design of plant-station end systems, infrastructure, and auxiliary systems supporting the dispatch end systems.
