GB/T 32070-2015 Earth-moving machinery—Hazard detection systems and visual aids—Performance requirements and tests
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements for hazard detection systems (HDS) and their visual auxiliary devices (VA) used on earthmoving machinery, as well as the description methods for evaluation and testing. It includes the following aspects: -- Monitoring of personnel in the monitoring area; -- Visual and/or auditory alarms for the driver and/or personnel in the monitoring area; -- Operational reliability of the system; -- Compatibility and environmental description of the system. This standard applies to machines defined by ISO 6165. HDS and/or VA can be used to increase the driver's direct field of vision (see GB/T 16937) or indirect field of vision when using monitoring mirrors (see GB/T 25685). Alternatively, they can provide additional methods for hazard detection, such as considering the limitations of ergonomics on the direct field of vision, for example, avoiding repeated head and upper body movements.
