Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements, system architecture, technical requirements, software functions, data sharing, and security assurance of smart safety monitoring systems (hereinafter referred to as "safety monitoring systems") for electrical usage sites.
This standard applies to the construction of low-voltage safety monitoring systems for electrical usage sites in new, renovated, and expanded general industrial and civil projects. Projects with special purposes or requirements, such as petrochemical enterprises and civil air defense works, may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
